मन्त्री पदहरू
संस्कृति, पर्यटन तथा नागरिक उड्डयन राज्यमन्त्री (२०१८-२०१९) दोस्रो ओली सरकारमा उहाँले संस्कृति, पर्यटन तथा नागरिक उड्डयन राज्यमन्त्रीको रूपमा कार्य गर्नुभयो, जसमा नेपालको सांस्कृतिक र पर्यटन विकासका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिनुभयो।
सहरी विकास मन्त्री (मार्च ६, २०२४ – जुलाई १५, २०२४) संघीय सरकारमा सहरी विकास मन्त्रीको रूपमा पनि उहाँले सेवा गर्नुभयो। उहाँले विशेष गरी दुर्गम क्षेत्रहरूको न्यायपूर्ण बजेट विनियोजनको वकालत गर्नुभयो।
योगदान र पहलहरू
कोभिड-१९ सहयोग जुन २०२१ मा, कोभिड-१९ महामारीको समयमा, बुढाले डोल्पाका लागि आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य सामग्री खरिद गर्न ३,००,००० नेपाली रुपैयाँ सहयोग गर्नुभयो। यसमा २,००,००० रुपैयाँ ‘नागरिक उद्धार कोष’ र १,००,००० रुपैयाँ ‘हेल्पिङ ह्याण्ड डोल्पा’लाई सहयोग गरिएको थियो।
डोल्पाको वकालत उहाँले सधैं डोल्पाका जनताको समस्याहरू, विशेष गरी बजेट विनियोजनका सवालहरू उठाउनु भएको छ। उहाँले भौगोलिक विकटतालाई ध्यानमा राखेर न्यायसंगत स्रोत वितरण सुनिश्चित गर्न जोड दिनुभएको छ।

मे २०२४ सम्ममा, डोल्पाका सबै तीन जना सांसदहरू, जसमा बुढा पनि सामेल हुनुहुन्छ, संघीय र प्रदेश सरकारका मन्त्री पदमा छन्। यसले डोल्पाको बढ्दो राजनीतिक महत्त्वलाई उजागर गर्दछ।
